Cognitive Behavoural Therapy and Nutrition
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps you explore how you think about yourself, the world and other people. It allows you to discover how behaviours impact your thoughts and feelings. CBT helps you understand what is sustaining your mental health issues, and will equip you with the skills to tackle them independently.
Receiving personal guidance on Nutrition helps you to develop a deeper understanding of your body, mind, and your relationship with food. This is especially helpful if your relationship with food is contributing to your mental health challenges. Katherine's mission is to help clients reclaim a healthy relationship with food while helping them to achieve their wellbeing goals.
